Local and international delivery. No confusion. Read the route that applies to your order.

SOUTH AFRICA SHIPPING

All South African orders are fulfilled through BobGo and dispatched via trusted courier partners including The Courier Guy, RAM, SkyNet, Pargo, and Internet Express.

LOCAL PROCESSING TIME

Orders placed Monday to Friday before 3:00 PM (SAST) are processed and handed to BobGo the same business day.

Orders placed after 3:00 PM on weekdays, or on weekends and public holidays, are processed the next business day (Monday for weekend orders).

LOCAL DELIVERY TIME

Standard delivery takes 2 to 3 business days after dispatch. Remote or outlying areas may take slightly longer depending on the courier.

COLLECTION POINTS

Prefer to collect? Select a BobGo pickup locker or counter collection point at checkout. Available at convenient locations nationwide.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All international orders are fulfilled by DTGUK, operating from their fulfilment centre in Milton Keynes, United Kingdom. DTGUK prints and ships worldwide.

INTERNATIONAL PROCESSING TIME

Orders are printed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders submitted before 11:00 AM GMT may be processed the same day. Orders submitted after 11:00 AM GMT are processed the following business day.

ESTIMATED INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY TIMES AFTER DISPATCH

  • United Kingdom: 1 to 3 business days
  • Europe: 5 to 8 business days
  • United States: 3 to 5 business days
  • Rest of the World: up to 20 business days depending on destination

All delivery times are estimates. Customs delays, public holidays, and high-volume periods may affect delivery.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country's government. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. The Cartel has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amounts. By placing an international order you acknowledge and accept this.

TRACKING

You will receive an automated tracking notification once your order is dispatched. Tracked shipping is available at checkout for international orders. We strongly recommend selecting a tracked option. Untracked orders cannot be claimed for if lost in transit.
