RETURNS AND REFUNDS

All products are inspected before dispatch. We stand behind our quality. Read this carefully before requesting a return.

ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund for the following reasons:

  • Wrong item received
  • Item arrived damaged or defective
  • Wrong size sent (different from what you ordered)

To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition with all tags attached.

NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse
  • Item does not fit (please check the size guide before ordering)
  • Item matches the description and images on the website but did not meet personal expectations
  • Damage caused after delivery through misuse or improper care
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or have tags removed

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

Email us at team@thecartel.shop within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos of the item showing the fault. We will respond within 2 business days with next steps.

REFUND PROCESSING

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing time is 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
